Talent Acquisition Analyst/Specialist
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst/Specialist to join their team! This position is located in Round Rock, Texas.
Duties:
- Schedule and manage complex interviews across global time zones, partnering closely with executives and their EAs to ensure alignment and discretion
- Provide a white-glove experience for executive candidates, including travel arrangements, expense coordination, and personalized onsite interview support
- Act as a liaison between Executive Recruiters, hiring leaders, and EAs to ensure smooth communication and process execution
- Prepare interview agendas, candidate packets, and other documentation
- Manage candidate reimbursements and maintain accurate records in the ATS
- Coordinate internal meetings, candidate engagement sessions, and executive recruiting events with precision and professionalism
- Deliver clear, timely, and professional communication to candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and a high level of discretion
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination within a large corporate environment
- Demonstrated success in supporting executive-level recruitment and complex coordination needs
- Strong expertise in managing end-to-end interview logistics, including travel arrangements, scheduling, and expense processing
- Proven ability to partner directly with senior executives and their executive assistants to ensure seamless candidate and stakeholder experiences
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), scheduling platforms, and other recruitment tools

The approximate pay range for this position is between $15.86 and $22.65. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
