Our client is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Los Angeles, California.
Duties:
- Serve as the primary coordinator for escalated inbound customer issues requiring access to advanced internal tools and secure systems
- Resolve standard, repeatable cases
- Escalate complex or policy-exception cases to senior leadership
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to drive resolution and account reconciliation
- Track recurring issue trends and provide operational insights and reporting to senior managers
- Own end-to-end coordination of care-facing communications to ensure agents are informed, aligned, and equipped to support customers effectively
- Draft, format, and publish clear, agent-ready newsblasts, including talking points, timelines, FAQs, and escalation guidance
- Maintain centralized care documentation and communication repositories
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure messaging accuracy and timeliness
- Validate incoming requests and coordinate data gathering
- Prepare responses and track SLA adherence
- Maintain DSAR trackers, audit documentation, and reporting
- Partner with senior managers to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Develop process documentation to support future workflow transition
- 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Customer Operations, or Program Coordination
- Experience working with payment platforms and subscription management systems preferred
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and Customer Care teams
- Experience managing operational workflows, compliance processes, or customer escalations
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Experience drafting internal communications strongly preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and operational insights
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Comfortable handling sensitive customer data and compliance-driven workflows
