Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Duties:
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives tailored to executives, business partners, and technical teams
- Develop and present multiple solution options, outlining risks, tradeoffs, and expected business impact to support informed decision-making
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, anomalies, performance drivers, and growth opportunities
- Build predictive and statistical models to inform strategic planning and optimize business outcomes
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations that provide clear, actionable insights
- Partner cross-functionally to improve data quality, governance, and process standardization
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, automation, and analytical efficiency
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience analyzing large, complex datasets
- Hands-on experience with statistical modeling and advanced analytics such as: regression analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, and/or causal inference
- Advanced exploratory data analysis skills with the ability to uncover insights that drive business performance
- Experience building impactful dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI
- Strong problem-solving skills with a curiosity-driven, innovative mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
