Data Analyst

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. 
 
Duties:

• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives tailored to executives, business partners, and technical teams
• Develop and present multiple solution options, outlining risks, tradeoffs, and expected business impact to support informed decision-making
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, anomalies, performance drivers, and growth opportunities
• Build predictive and statistical models to inform strategic planning and optimize business outcomes
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations that provide clear, actionable insights
• Partner cross-functionally to improve data quality, governance, and process standardization
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, automation, and analytical efficiency

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience analyzing large, complex datasets
• Hands-on experience with statistical modeling and advanced analytics such as: regression analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, and/or causal inference
• Advanced exploratory data analysis skills with the ability to uncover insights that drive business performance
• Experience building impactful dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI
• Strong problem-solving skills with a curiosity-driven, innovative mindset
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

The approximate pay range for this position is between $25.00 and $37.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
