Our client is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team! This position is located in Wilmington, Delaware.
Duties:
- Provide support for a fast-growing group of team members in multiple divisions
- Provide laptop support for Windows PC’s, Macs, and Mobile Devices
- Provide top notch customer focused support
- Engaged in cross-train efforts amongst peers where applicable
- Contribute to site level operational readiness, process improvements
- Collaborate with site lead, acting as back-up when delegated to
- Collaborate with immediate peers
- Assist the Service Desk by actively taking/resolving intake calls
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- 3+ years of experience in remote administration and end user support
- 3+ years of experience with Windows 10 or earlier operating systems
- 3+ years of experience with ticketing and traffic reporting tools
- 1+ years of experience with Google suite applications
- 1+ years of experience with macOS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
