Our client is seeking a Business Analyst III to join their team! This position is located in Wayzata, Minnesota.
The Business Analyst III will lead business analysis efforts that enable organizational change through the identification of business needs and the development of solution recommendations that deliver measurable value to stakeholders. This role requires advanced business analysis expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to navigate complex business challenges while driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to gather business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Analyze complex business processes, systems, and data to assess impacts and recommend solutions that support business objectives
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and cross-functional, regional, and global delivery teams
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document business, functional, and process requirements
- Lead solution evaluation activities and provide recommendations that maximize value delivery to stakeholders
- Drive organizational change initiatives and support adoption through change management methodologies
- Manage complex business analysis initiatives with minimal supervision while proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting complex business initiatives
- Must be local to Minnesota and able to commute to Wayzata, MN (required)
- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements
- Strong experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements sessions
- Experience analyzing business processes, workflows, and operational efficiencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present recommendations to leadership
- Experience supporting enterprise-level business transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies
- Experience with change management practices and organizational readiness efforts
- Experience working with global or cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation tools
- Experience supporting technology implementation or systems integration projects
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar business analysis certification

- Hybrid – Candidates must be local to Minnesota and able to commute to Wayzata as needed
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $45.00 and $60.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
