Our client is seeking a Commercial Administrator to join their team! This position is located in Los Angeles, California.
Duties:
- Prepare and maintain daily program and commercial logs for on-air broadcast, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Edit and update commercial placements in accordance with sales instructions, contracts, and programming requirements
- Adjust and format logs as needed to ensure correct timing, sequencing, and compliance with broadcast standards
- Verify the correct placement of billboards, bonus spots, and other value-added commercial elements
- Monitor and update log automation components to ensure seamless system performance and error-free execution
- Coordinate with Sales, Traffic, and Programming teams to resolve discrepancies and support smooth daily operations
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple log changes in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with broadcast traffic or log automation systems is an advantage
- Ability to interpret sales directives, contracts, and scheduling requirements accurately
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling tools
