Content Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join their team! This position is located in San Francisco, California on a hybrid basis (1-2 days a week onsite).
Duties:
- Develop and lead a comprehensive FY26 B2B content marketing strategy
- Produce high-quality, externally facing content that positions the client as a trusted partner to advertisers
- Ghostwrite and shape executive thought leadership content for senior leaders across owned and social channels
- Establish editorial calendars, workflows, and governance models to ensure consistency and scalability
- Partner closely with B2B Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to align content with GTM priorities
- Build measurement frameworks to assess content performance and influence on demand and pipeline
- Document processes, systems, and best practices to enable a seamless transition to internal ownership
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, with a strong focus on external and industry-facing content
- Proven experience in executive ghostwriting and thought leadership development
- Strong background in full-funnel and demand generation content
- Experience in ad tech, streaming, media, or SaaS strongly preferred
- Experience using a more modern tool ie the Google or Adobe suite to create content across a number of channels
- Exceptional writing, editorial judgment, and storytelling skills
- Highly self-directed with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders without direct authority

The approximate pay range for this position is between $32.00 and $46.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
