Emergency Hotline Clerk
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an Emergency Hotline Clerk to join their team! This position is remote.
Duties:
- Answer Emergency Hotline calls and gather relevant information from employees
- Complete intake forms according to established standards and submit electronic documentation to engage appropriate response teams
- Monitor and maintain situational awareness of events and incidents that could impact people or operations
- Conduct remote monitoring of facilities for burglary, damage, or system issues via CCTV and related systems, including electrical and HVAC where applicable
- Complete daily reports in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Escalate incidents to appropriate authorities or internal response teams when suspicious activity is identified
Desired Skills/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of call center or customer service experience required
- Demonstrated dependability and strong work ethic, with a consistent attendance record
- Experience in retail or operations-focused environments
- Comfort communicating across multiple channels, including email, messaging platforms, and phone
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to focus, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic call center or customer service experience preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is between $16.00 and $24.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
