Financial Analyst
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Seattle, Washington.
Duties:
- Perform in-depth analysis of project-level and departmental legal spend to identify trends, cost drivers, and optimization opportunities
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track legal operational and financial performance
- Partner directly with attorneys and Legal Operations stakeholders, serving as a trusted analytical advisor to internal clients
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for legal leadership
- Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives related to legal spend management and process improvement
- Participate in regular meetings with Legal Operations teams and legal professionals to review findings and align on priorities
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience in data analysis, financial analysis, legal operations, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)
- Advanced experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization
- Familiarity with PowerApps is a plus
- Experience working with professional services, legal, or compliance-driven environments is a plus
- Exceptional English-language communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with senior legal professionals
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities

The approximate pay range for this position is between $35.00 and $50.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
