Marketing Manager
Job Summary
Our client, a premier financial services provider, is seeking a Marketing Manager. This role will support international marketing initiatives focused on driving acceptance, transaction volume, and issuance growth. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management skills, data analysis capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Core Responsibilities
- Support international acceptance acceleration initiatives and strategic growth programs
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Develop meeting agendas, facilitate cross-functional discussions, and track action items
- Partner with internal sales teams and external stakeholders to support market expansion efforts
- Research, identify, and communicate acceptance gaps and growth opportunities
- Provide marketing, reporting, and analytical support to the International Markets sales organization
- Analyze and organize acceptance testing results, market share data, and performance metrics
- Create data visualizations and presentations that communicate key findings and recommendations
- Support the development of strategic marketing insights that drive business growth
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation related to ongoing initiatives
- Ensure timely follow-up and execution of project deliverables
Required Skills/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field preferred
- Experience supporting marketing, project coordination, business operations, or sales enablement initiatives
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional meetings and managing follow-up activities
- Ability to analyze and interpret business data and reporting metrics
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience creating reports, presentations, and data-driven business insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Financial services, payments, banking, or card network experience
- Marketing analytics or market research experience
- Experience supporting sales and business development organizations
- Data visualization experience using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Experience with acceptance testing or market performance analysis
- International marketing or global business experience
- Knowledge of payment networks and merchant acceptance strategies

Work Environment
- Location: Riverwoods, IL
- Approximately 12-month contract assignment

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $20.00 and $29.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
