Accounts Payable/Receivables
Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team! This position is fully remote and supports a high-volume, multi-brand financial operations environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform cash application activities for open accounts receivable and bank transactions
- Post payments and apply receipts to invoices within ERP systems
- Maintain and update store/franchise master data including openings, closures, and transfers
- Support monthly sales reporting and ensure accurate financial data uploads
- Handle high-volume payment processing and reconciliation activities
- Work with foreign currency transactions and international customer accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and account inquiries
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Hands-on cash application/payment posting experience
- Experience handling high-volume transactions and reconciliations
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or Oracle ERP systems
- Experience supporting invoice, receipt, and bank transaction processing
- Ability to work EST hours in a remote environment
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- QSR or retail industry experience
- Experience supporting franchise/store operations
- Exposure to foreign currency transactions or Canadian payments
- Experience with KRise or similar reporting platforms
- Experience supporting multi-brand organizations
- Strong reconciliation and reporting experience
- Experience working within shared services environments

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $16 and $23. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
