Job Summary
Our client a leading communications provider is seeking a Digital Engagement Analyst to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Denver, Colorado.
The Engagement Analyst coordinates engagement initiatives that drive awareness of self-service tools and communicate important service-related information to clients and employees. They will collaborate with team members within and outside of the Digital Engagement team to ensure communications are executed accurately and timely. They will monitor and report on delivered communications to foster continuous improvement. This role will also assist with content creation as needed.

The Engagement Analyst coordinates engagement initiatives that drive awareness of self-service tools and communicate important service-related information to clients and employees. They will collaborate with team members within and outside of the Digital Engagement team to ensure communications are executed accurately and timely. They will monitor and report on delivered communications to foster continuous improvement. This role will also assist with content creation as needed.
Core Responsibilities
- Support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
- Execute communication and engagement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams across the business
- Create and proof a variety of communication content, including internal communications, newsletters, blog posts, website publications, webinars, client email and direct mail content, and more
- Collaborate with partner teams to create communications and other content to execute on an iterative roadmap
- Develop impactful reporting and data-driven presentations
- Identify trends and fact-based and actionable insights
- Articulate findings in written reports using charts, graphs, tables and other exhibits
- Develop an in-depth understanding of user needs through the review, analysis and evaluation of business systems and changes
- Formulate hypotheses and conduct test plans to compare multiple variables
- Support systemic, iterative and scalable needs by building and implementing analytic processes
- Understand and communicate changes to supported tools and applications
- Increase awareness by implementing communication programs and analyzing campaign performance
- Manage a content repository to make communication artifacts easy to find and reuse
- Maximize communication effectiveness by monitoring key performance indicators and recommending improvements
- Drive an improved client experience by ensuring that clients and employees are informed about impacts to their operation
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or business or a related field
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Knowledge of marketing research, data analysis, and related functions
- Experience measuring communication and engagement initiatives, analyzing results, and identifying and executing improvements
- Experience creating a wide variety of communication content, such as newsletters, web posts, methods and procedures, and customer email communications
- Expert in Microsoft Suite: Word, Power Point, Visio, Excel, etc.
- Experience with creating email campaigns in marketing tools, such as Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce CRM or Adobe Campaign
- Experience creating collateral using Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and engagement management skills
- Experience with content management tools, such as Sharepoint
- Working knowledge of data and process modeling
- Familiar with marketing tools such as Eloqua
- 3+ years of experience with Marketing or business communications
- Experience in an Enterprise (B2B) setting preferred
- Direct Marketing experience
- Experience with communication software
- Location: Denver, Colorado.
- Hybrid
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $72,000 and $82,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
