Lab Researcher - Biology/Microbiology

Job Summary 
Our client a leading Healthcare & Life Sciences provider is seeking a Lab Researcher - Biology/Microbiology to join their team! This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri. 

You will work 100% onsite at our client’s St. Louis, MO location. The Lab Researcher will contribute to research through hands-on laboratory work and will maintain laboratory standards and protocols. We welcome expecting and recent graduates to apply! The role is 40-hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Core Responsibilities 

• Execute laboratory protocols following pre-established guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Maintain laboratory organization, cleanliness, and inventory management
• Document experimental procedures, observations, and results accurately
• Collaborate with team members on research projects and share findings
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and laboratory best practices
• Responsible for manual/semi-automated PCR setup
• Work with chemical components and different forms of equipment

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, cellular biology, or related field is required
• Experience working in a laboratory environment is highly desirable, this can include educational experience

Compensation & Benefits 

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $50,000 - $55,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
