Sitecore Engineer
Job Summary
Our client a leading Financial Services Provider is seeking a Sitecore Engineer to build high-performance applications in a growing multi-site environment with a strong focus on cloud transformation. This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Sitecore-based web applications
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions using .NET technologies
- Build and support APIs and integrations across systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-friendly interfaces for intranet and cloud-based platforms
- Ensure code quality, performance, and compliance with web standards
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Participate in system design, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform improvements
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS development
- Strong experience with .NET / C# / ASP.NET / .NET Core / MVC
- Experience building APIs and working with system integrations
- Experience with SQL Server and database design
- Front-end development experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Experience working on multi-site or enterprise-level web environments
- Exposure to cloud migration or modernization initiatives
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability best practices
- Experience with headless CMS or modern front-end frameworks
- Strong understanding of web accessibility and standards

Work Environment
- Location: St. Louis, MO (preferred); Cleveland, OH; Minneapolis, MN; Kansas City, MO; Dallas, TX
- Onsite 4 days a week
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $95,000 and $118,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
