AI Product Leader

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an AI Product Leader to join their team! This position is remote. 
 
Duties:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap at the intersection of machine learning and user experience
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, design, and other teams to deliver intelligent, scalable, and user-centric systems
• Partner closely with AI/ML teams to ensure alignment between product goals and algorithmic capabilities, with a focus on performance, fairness, latency, and monetization
• Own the full product lifecycle, from customer discovery, user research, and market analysis to development, launch, and iterative improvements
• Translate complex user and business needs into clear, data-informed product strategies and elegant technical solutions
• Influence and guide product direction by articulating the "what" and "why" while actively engaging in the "how" to ensure technical feasibility and long-term scalability
• Champion ethical AI practices and promote responsible innovation in product decisions

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience in product leadership, preferably within AI/ML-driven domains such as Ad Tech, Search, or Recommender Systems
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling complex personalization, relevance, or targeting systems
• Strong foundational understanding of machine learning principles, with hands-on experience collaborating with data science and ML engineering teams
• Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate and balance competing priorities such as latency, monetization, and fairness
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders—both technical and non-technical
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product strategies and deliverables
• Experience driving ML product innovation from concept to launch in fast-paced, data-driven environments

The approximate pay range for this position is between $43.00 and $62.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
