Business Readiness Tester

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an Business Readiness Tester to join their team! This position is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. 
 
Duties:

• Document test approaches and plans to properly execute testing efforts prior to launch
• Improve the throughput for the business, stakeholders, and end-users alike
• Report on issues, defects, statuses through to issue resolution leveraging testing tools 
• Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 5+ years of business analysis, testing or related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Expert in analyzing and interpreting data for multiple projects simultaneously and quickly identify business issues and opportunities
• Prioritization, organizational and English communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic team environment
• Passion for ongoing learning and knowledge sharing

The approximate pay range for this position is between $59.00 and $79.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
