Project Manager - General

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Brand Creative Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Richmond, Virginia. 
 
Duties:

• Works with the creative team, marketing strategists, and channel managers to deliver projects such as emails, direct mail, social, web, display, video, etc.
• Partners with Program Manager to resource new project intakes by business priority
• Builds out project plans and manages assignments to ensure timely delivery of assets
• Utilizes workflow management tool for successful project delivery
• Builds timelines and workflows
• Tracks project progress and ensure timelines kept up to date
• Facilitates creative reviews and ensures feedback is collected from necessary stakeholders
• Proactively problem solve/troubleshoot for team
• Facilitates team ceremonies such as stand-ups, kickoffs, creative reviews, and retrospectives
• Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Provides direction and support to account management and creative services teams, both internal and external
• Partners with Program Manager to understand and improve upon workflow processes

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience required
• 2+ years of direct work experience in Project Management or Process Improvement required
• 2+ years experience with in-house creative, or advertising agency, or digital marketing preferred
• 1+ years experience with Workfront or similar project management platform preferred
• Comfortable managing a high-volume of concurrent projects with shifting deadlines/priorities across multiple lines of business simultaneously
• Independently drives both tactical and strategic initiatives forward
• Communicates with excellent written, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Uses advanced problem solving skills to drive clarity with shifting priorities and roadblocks
• Able to be flexible with shifting priorities and roadblocks

The approximate pay range for this position is between $22.00 and $32.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
