Scrum Master

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team! This position is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. 
 
Duties:

• Manage one or more highly complex or enterprise wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects
• Align project delivery with broader strategic initiatives and goals
• Manage multiple projects and programs, and orchestrates the results to achieve a broad program goal ensuring that governance controls are in place
• Plan and implement schedules and monitor program from inception through delivery
• Define and report program roadmap, status, development issues and success metrics
• Identify and monitor areas of risk
• Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies
• Manage and utilize resources across projects
• Seek opportunities to improve cost, performance and schedule
• Build and manage budgets
• Facilitate communication and coordination among projects
• Manage stakeholder engagement and satisfaction
• Maintain awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting component projects or overall program

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 2+ years of experience
• Well versed on best practices in Software Development and an agile coach
• Willing to go above and beyond
• Able to keep up with the technical conversations
• Able to lead and guide teams

The approximate pay range for this position is between $53.00 and $73.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
