Endpoint & Systems Security Specialist

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a skilled cybersecurity professional to support an M&A migration project for our client. This is a hybrid position in Milwaukee, WI with flexibility as needed. In this position, you will manage server EDR agent rollouts, workstation image security reviews, jump domain penetration testing, and identity threat protection.

Core Responsibilities

• Finalize server/container inventory and migration timelines with DB&T, build the server deployment plan, and execute testing and deployment of CrowdStrike agents on all servers/containers
• Finalize VNA log collection templates, build the master plan to route system logs to GSOC and coordinate active log stream forwarding for ALL interconnected devices, containers, applications
• Conduct security reviews of workstation golden images, validate application inclusion, and audit high-risk Mobile Device Management (MDM) users for enhanced monitoring
• Execute penetration testing on the Jump Domain, deploy CrowdStrike Identity Threat Protection (ITP) & scan for vulnerabilities, remediate critical and non-critical findings, and perform verification rescans
• Validate that application security assessments are complete and endpoint/server protection is fully deployed prior to cutover

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience
• Experience utilizing and deploying CrowdStrike across a high volume of servers
• Experience with security-focused log management
• SIEM integration experience
• Strong identity security mindset

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) 

• Experience supporting a merger and acquisition migration project
• Experience with CrowdStrike Identity Threat Protection (ITP)

Compensation & Benefits 

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $63.00 and $90.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
