Our client is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead highly visible cybersecurity initiatives supporting enterprise security programs across:
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Identity Authentication & Authorization (IAA)
- Data Protection (DP)
Core Responsibilities
- Lead global technical and non-technical teams on cybersecurity initiatives
- Drive project execution, timelines, deliverables, and overall program success
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define goals and expected outcomes
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
- Develop project schedules, resource planning, and effort estimates
- Coordinate multiple cybersecurity projects simultaneously
- Prepare executive-level project status reports and documentation
- Maintain project repositories and ensure process compliance
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Support project scope management and change control processes
- Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, and spend optimization
- Assist with annual financial planning activities
- Manage project staffing and resource allocation
- Foster a collaborative and delivery-focused environment
- 10+ years of overall professional experience
- 5+ years leading enterprise technology or cybersecurity projects
- Experience within Financial Services environments
- Strong background managing cybersecurity initiatives related to: PAM, IGA, IAA, Data Protection, Security Operations, and Attack Surface Management
- Experience working within matrixed enterprise organizations
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing multiple high-priority deliverables simultaneously
- Experience managing project budgets between $250K – $3M
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience with demand and capacity management
- MBA or advanced degree
- PMP Certification
- Experience supporting enterprise IAM initiatives
- Cybersecurity governance or risk management exposure
- Experience within large enterprise or banking environments
- Experience working with globally distributed teams

- Hybrid schedule with onsite collaboration Tuesday - Thursday
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $70.00 and $80.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
