Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Mobile Security Consultant to join their team!

- Work Location: Irving, TX
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid – onsite 60%+ of the time
- Provide subject matter expert (SME) guidance to remediation teams and application owners to help resolve vulnerabilities identified through Data Theorem
- Assess and advise on Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) controls for applications handling bank-confidential and regulated data
- Conduct quarterly Security Configuration Audits for UEM/MDM/Intune environments, including QC and reporting via Power BI
- Evaluate and test convenience apps for corporate mobility devices to support MDM initiatives
- Drive Data Theorem platform enhancements, including improvements and asset tagging
- Translate scanner output and technical findings into enterprise-ready documentation and guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Frame mobile security findings in terms of risk, compensating controls, and audit defensibility within a highly regulated environment
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Data Theorem, including interpreting findings related to vulnerabilities, privacy exposure, third-party SDK behavior, and regulatory risk (Priority)
- Strong working knowledge of the OWASP Mobile Top 10, with practical application to real-world iOS and Android applications
- Deep understanding of mobile security concepts, including insecure local storage, insecure communications, authentication/authorization weaknesses, cryptographic implementation issues, reverse engineering, and code tampering
- Experience working in highly regulated environments (e.g., financial services)
- Hands-on DevSecOps experience within mobile (iOS/Android) ecosystems
- Experience with MDM integration, including app isolation/sandboxing, encryption, selective remote wipe, jailbreak/root detection, and risk-based conditional access
- Strong documentation and consulting skills, with the ability to communicate complex security issues clearly across audiences
- Experience leveraging AI tools or techniques to support security analysis or remediation workflows
- Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and audit tracking
- Experience supporting BYOD and corporate-owned device security programs
- Background in fraud prevention or data leakage mitigation within mobile environments
- Exposure to kill-signal support for non-MDM/MAM applications
- Experience with enterprise UEM platforms such as Microsoft Intune
- Strong analytical and risk-based decision-making skills in high-stakes, regulated settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
- Consultative mindset with the ability to build trust and alignment across cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation discipline

- Hybrid – onsite 60%+ of the time
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $45.00 and $50.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
