Our client, a leading energy provider, is seeking an Information Security Specialist III to join their team. This is a contract opportunity located in Saint Paul, MN, requiring a hybrid schedule of three days per week onsite. This role will support enterprise Zero Trust initiatives by onboarding applications to Netskope Private Access, managing secure access policies, and providing operational support for critical network security technologies.

Our client, a leading energy provider, is seeking an Information Security Specialist III to join their team. This is a contract opportunity located in Saint Paul, MN, requiring a hybrid schedule of three days per week onsite. This role will support enterprise Zero Trust initiatives by onboarding applications to Netskope Private Access, managing secure access policies, and providing operational support for critical network security technologies.
Core Responsibilities
- Onboard enterprise applications to the Netskope Private Access Zero Trust platform
- Configure and maintain access policies within Netskope Private Access
- Partner with application owners to validate application functionality following onboarding
- Collaborate with access management teams to create user entitlements and assign appropriate access
- Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents involving Netskope Private Access, Cisco ISE, and Ivanti Secure VPN
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and access-related issues across enterprise environments
- Document processes, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure adherence to security best practices
- 3+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise network technologies
- 2+ years of experience with Access Management policies, processes, and procedures in a large enterprise environment
- 1+ years of Linux administration experience
- Strong understanding of enterprise access management and identity governance
- Experience with data analysis and problem-solving in technical environments
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Advanced organizational, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with Netskope Private Access or other Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) platforms
- Experience supporting Cisco ISE
- Experience supporting Ivanti Secure VPN
- Familiarity with enterprise information security operations and incident management
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional infrastructure and security teams
- Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or CIPP/US
- Experience working within large enterprise IT environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach to support and service delivery
- Location: Saint Paul, MN
- Hybrid – Three days per week onsite
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $50.00 and $64.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
