IT Asset Manager

Job Title 
Our client is seeking a IT Asset Manager to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Los Angeles, California 
  
Core Responsibilities 

• Defining and implementing asset management processes  
• Managing hardware and software asset lifecycle  
• Ensuring accuracy of asset records  
• Working with vendors for asset tagging and tracking  
• Supporting software license management and compliance  
• Managing SaaS subscriptions and renewals  
• Moving asset and license tracking from spreadsheets into ServiceNow  
• Assisting with asset audits occasionally 
• Building and implementing IT Asset Management processes in ServiceNow (HAM & SAM), reconcile asset data from multiple systems, and technically optimize the environment and using scripts or automation to clean up duplicates and improve data accuracy

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of IT Asset Management experience  
• Experience with ServiceNow ITAM / HAM / SAM  
• Experience implementing or building asset management processes 
• Understanding of how IT assets tie into enterprise service management  
• Ability to optimize and reconcile asset data  

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) 

• Ability to automate or optimize asset processes  
• Some scripting knowledge for data cleanup or deduplication

• Hybrid, 4 days onsite

Compensation & Benefits 

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $45.00 and $65.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
