System Analyst
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a System Analyst to join their team! This position is remote.
Duties:
- Lead strategic projects and initiatives to enhance global supply chain systems and processes
- Act as liaison between business teams, 3PL vendors, and internal/external system partners
- Manage requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and production validation for system initiatives
- Drive process redesign and system capability improvements across SAP, legacy systems, and 3PL management
- Oversee planning, forward/reverse inventory, customer fulfillment, and distribution center operations support
- Provide strategic direction to resolve process/system issues and escalations
- Conduct root cause analysis, create resolution strategies, and ensure corrective actions are executed
- Support training, knowledge transfer, and organizational change management (OCM)
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance, Retail, Product Marketing, Engineering, Sourcing, and Network teams
- Manage testing, defect resolution, and integration efforts for high-impact programs
- Influence and motivate project team members without direct authority to deliver on objectives
- Maintain strong communication channels with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and customer impact resolution
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Strong expertise in supply chain disciplines and transformational initiatives such as: systems, processes, and change management
- Proven experience leading projects across multiple stakeholder groups
- Advanced knowledge of SAP, IS Retail, IM, MM, MMFI, CCOM, LE Logistics Execution and JIRA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite applications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels, including senior leadership
- Demonstrated analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in decision-making, policy implementation, and managing complex programs/projects
- Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and drive results with minimal direction
- Skilled in leading teams without direct authority and delegating effectively

The approximate pay range for this position is between $69.00 and $99.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
