Duties:
- Drive complex projects and programs to achieve targeted and measurable business goals in support of Real Estate and Implementation activities required for project completion
- Coordinate and schedule resources across multiple teams and organizations to align project requirements with business objectives
- Identify, monitor, report, and escalate project-related issues to ensure timely resolution
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to mitigate risks and minimize impacts on project schedules and business outcomes
- Utilize project tracking tools and related systems to accurately document milestones, issues, corrective actions, risks, and overall project status
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with cross-functional team members and management to ensure early issue identification and proactive status reporting
- Coordinate and lead regular project meetings to communicate status updates, risks, changes, and key milestones
- Escalate issues as needed to keep project schedules on track and ensure deliverables are met
- Establish contingency plans to manage potential risks throughout all project phases
- Provide regular status reports to project teams, management, and directors
- Conduct post-project “lessons learned” sessions to document insights and improve the efficiency of future projects
- Develop and refine processes to enhance employee productivity and project effectiveness
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven technical and project management experience with a strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycles
- Proficiency in PC operations and software applications, including Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
- PMP certification preferred or equivalent project management credentials
- Extensive experience project management tools and systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across organizational levels
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple, competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions aligned with policies, procedures, and project objectives
