Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Vendor Management Organization within the Coupa Supplier Logistics Team. This individual will support vendor management and procurement operations by creating and managing purchase orders, reconciling invoices, documenting processes, supporting vendor onboarding activities, and partnering with technology, finance, and business teams to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Vendor Management Organization within the Coupa Supplier Logistics Team. This individual will support vendor management and procurement operations by creating and managing purchase orders, reconciling invoices, documenting processes, supporting vendor onboarding activities, and partnering with technology, finance, and business teams to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner with technology teams to create purchase orders while ensuring accurate coding and cost breakouts are provided upfront
- Ensure proper invoicing is completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Compare time and material data associated with approved POs to their respective invoices and identify, correct, and communicate discrepancies
- Reconcile PO line items with vendor invoices to ensure proper coding is provided and all information matches prior to submission
- Document CSL processes, methodologies, and operational procedures while helping establish new processes as needed
- Create and communicate training guidelines associated with onboarding new vendors
- Identify and capture key agreement document data elements including SLAs, timelines, renewal options, and other contractual information
- Assist leadership by reporting and escalating issues in a timely manner
- Liaise with team members and cross-functional partners at all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working with SAP and Coupa
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Flexible and adaptable while managing multiple efforts concurrently
- Proactive with the ability to manage daily workflow with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable working both virtually and onsite when needed
- Additional Coupa and SAP experience
- Experience supporting vendor management, procurement, invoicing, or supplier logistics functions
- Experience documenting processes and creating training materials
- Contract administration or vendor onboarding experience
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership

- Hybrid
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday Onsite, Friday Remote (subject to change)
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is up to $58.00 and $63.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
