Our client is seeking a Billing Analyst to join their team! This role supports mobile billing design, configuration, and analysis within a complex, fast-paced telecom environment. The position focuses on implementing and maintaining mobile offers, pricing structures, and catalog configurations across multiple billing and product systems. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing offers, product enhancements, inventory alignment, and issue resolution related to mobile billing and pricing.

Core Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain product and pricing data across multiple catalog and billing systems (approx. 40%)
- Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of offers, pricing, and system configurations (approx. 30%)
- Support testing, grooming sessions, and implementation of new features, enhancements, and system updates (approx. 20%)
- Create and maintain documentation, process guides, and training materials (approx. 10%)
- Participate in daily technical and cross-functional meetings with teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and external billing vendors
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving configuration and billing-related issues
- Support ongoing system performance improvements through analysis and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0+ years of professional experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in SQL for reporting, querying, and data validation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in team-based and paired work environments
- Experience with Amdocs billing systems or similar telecom billing platforms
- Exposure to telecom, billing systems, or product catalog environments
- Familiarity with pricing, offers, or subscription-based business models
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technical or operational setting
- Location: Charlotte, NC
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $22.00 and $32.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
