Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their onsite team! The team is modernizing the customer experience using automated self-service across Conversational IVR and IVA platforms. This role supports large-scale integration and merger initiatives, focused on unifying customer journeys to deliver a seamless and scalable experience across multiple platforms.
Core Responsibilities
Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $85,000 and $100,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums. Our client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their onsite team! The team is modernizing the customer experience using automated self-service across Conversational IVR and IVA platforms. This role supports large-scale integration and merger initiatives, focused on unifying customer journeys to deliver a seamless and scalable experience across multiple platforms.
Core Responsibilities
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations
- Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems
- Serves as a primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff
- Identifies, documents, reports, and tracks system issues
- Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or Product Analyst working specifically on Digital IVR and IVA platforms
- Experience in CX journey analysis, gap assessment, and business requirements definition
- Strong SQL skills with exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced automation technologies
- Proven experience designing or supporting conversational IVR/IVA solutions
- Location: Stamford, CT
- Onsite
