Our client is seeking a Data Scientist to join their team! This position is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. As a Data Scientist, you will work closely with product and business teams to analyze customer internet usage data and deliver actionable insights. You’ll play a key role in shaping product strategy by identifying trends, building models, and communicating findings in a clear, compelling way. This team focuses on initiatives such as customer segmentation, outage detection, and forecasting, helping drive improvements across core internet products.

Our client is seeking a Data Scientist to join their team! This position is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. As a Data Scientist, you will work closely with product and business teams to analyze customer internet usage data and deliver actionable insights. You’ll play a key role in shaping product strategy by identifying trends, building models, and communicating findings in a clear, compelling way. This team focuses on initiatives such as customer segmentation, outage detection, and forecasting, helping drive improvements across core internet products.
Duties:
- Analyze large datasets related to customer internet usage and behavior
- Develop and apply statistical models to identify trends and opportunities
- Perform customer segmentation analysis to support targeted product strategies
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, and business leaders
- Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- 2+ years of recent Data Science experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience with statistical modeling and data analysis techniques
- Hands-on experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with large datasets and deriving actionable insights
