Our client is seeking a motivated and skilled Lab Digitalization Specialist to support digital connectivity within pharmaceutical or biotechnology laboratory environments. This role focuses on enabling seamless integration between laboratory instruments and middleware platforms to ensure reliable data capture, flow, and accessibility.

Our client is seeking a motivated and skilled Lab Digitalization Specialist to support digital connectivity within pharmaceutical or biotechnology laboratory environments. This role focuses on enabling seamless integration between laboratory instruments and middleware platforms to ensure reliable data capture, flow, and accessibility.
Duties:
- Support integration of laboratory instruments with middleware platforms (e.g., Ignition, TetraScience, or similar systems)
- Maintain instrument connectivity and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted data flow
- Assist with the design and implementation of data architecture supporting structured data collection
- Collaborate with laboratory personnel to understand workflow needs and provide technical support for digital tools and systems
- Conduct training sessions for laboratory staff on the effective use of digital platforms and systems
- Monitor and optimize data flow processes to maintain data integrity and availability
- Document procedures, workflows, and technical processes related to digital enablement and laboratory data management
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in laboratory instrumentation and data integration
- High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology laboratory environments
- Experience operating and troubleshooting laboratory instruments and associated software
- Familiarity with middleware platforms (e.g., Ignition, TetraScience, or comparable solutions) is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced laboratory environment
