Duties:
- Own real-time troubleshooting and resolution of data syncing issues between Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) across company, third-party logistics providers, and OEM partners
- Monitor high-volume API integrations and address system failures, such as SKU mismatches, to prevent costly operational disruptions
- Analyze and improve system workflows across the reverse logistics lifecycle, including device returns, repairs, and refurbishment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize machine learning (ML)-based solutions for processing large datasets
- Lead operational process engineering efforts focused on launching new processes and continuously improving existing ones to enhance throughput and efficiency
- Conduct hands-on evaluations on the warehouse floor to identify bottlenecks and design scalable solutions to increase capacity and velocity
- Apply Lean principles and process improvement methodologies to streamline operations, reduce waste, and boost system and industrial efficiency
- Identify, test, and implement automation technologies to resolve legacy process constraints and scale performance
- Document and report process improvements, system issues, and key performance indicators to stakeholders
- Serve as a technical liaison between engineering, operations, IT, and logistics partners to ensure alignment and operational excellence
- Proven experience in reverse logistics operations, specifically in returns processing and refurbishment workflows
- Strong understanding of API connectivity and data exchange between systems
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management System integrations, including troubleshooting issues between client systems, third-party logistics providers, and original equipment manufacturers
- Skilled in designing and conducting process time studies to identify inefficiencies and drive performance improvements
- Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives and implementing process enhancements in high-volume environments
- Proficient in visualizing and documenting processes for operational clarity and team alignment
- Expertise in process mapping and value stream mapping
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel for analysis and reporting
- Solid application of Lean methodologies; Six Sigma certification not required but considered a plus
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT, accounting, 3PL partners, and internal operations teams to support system and process changes
