Project Manager

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Manhattan, New York. 
 
Duties:

• Lead project management efforts in collaboration with external vendors to roll out a manager training program for over 1,900 managers, ensuring all deliverables are met across content, communications, technology, and logistics
• Coordinate efforts across Learning and Development, Talent Practices, Change Management, and vendor teams to align on project scope, timelines, and delivery methods
• Manage comprehensive project plans, workback schedules, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications
• Oversee pilot planning, gather feedback, and implement iteration cycles to enhance program effectiveness before and after launch
• Ensure operational excellence by tracking key milestones, managing budgets, and maintaining high execution standards across global teams
• Serve as the lead project manager for the selection, configuration, and implementation of a modern Learning Experience Platform 
• Collaborate with IT, procurement, HR technology, and external partners to ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and timeline
• Oversee system integration, content migration, user testing, and go-live execution
• Support change management and communication strategies to drive adoption and engagement at scale
• Monitor governance processes and performance metrics to ensure successful implementation and long-term impact

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in project or program management, ideally within HR, Learning and Development, or organizational transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and moving components
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to keep projects on track and teams aligned
• Comfortable working with external vendors, digital platforms, and enterprise systems
• Experience with learning platforms, LXP/LMS tools, or implementing digital HR technologies

The approximate pay range for this position is between $33.00 and $48.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
