Duties:
- Execute complex and time-sensitive onboarding registration processes, including scheduling training sessions, managing logistics, and handling a high volume of inquiries from company employees via email and Slack
- Create and assign all enablement events and training courses for each new hire cohort, ensuring accurate setup and timely communication
- Oversee communications for virtual and remote employees within regional hubs using Marketing Cloud and Slack, ensuring clear, consistent messaging
- Manage all onboarding-related collateral, documentation, and shared calendars to support seamless program execution
- Identify and resolve manual or inefficient processes by leveraging company and other technology platforms to streamline operations
- Maintain strong cross-functional communication by regularly updating project leads and team members on task progress, and actively coordinating across teams to ensure alignment
- Produce high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment by effectively prioritizing tasks, navigating ambiguity, and proactively managing time and resources to meet tight deadlines
- Support daily operations of onboarding programs, including preparing materials, managing AV/tech setup for in-person and virtual sessions, greeting participants, and delivering a high-touch, concierge-level experience for new hires
- Proficient in spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including experience with data entry, data cleansing, formatting, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present clearly and listen effectively
- Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving with keen attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under general direction and adapt to changing priorities
- Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn and apply new technologies, with a particular focus on leveraging the company platform
- Experience using company in a business or academic setting is highly preferred
- Project or program coordination experience is a plus
- Comfortable performing a variety of tasks, including hands-on logistical support, with the ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed
- Quick learner with a strong ability to understand and navigate complex systems, workflows, and processes across diverse programs
