Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Celebration, Florida.

Duties:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, concise technical requirements
• Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes to such
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases
• Manage backlog for multiple products
• Facilitate requirement/defect updates and work sessions with business and technology partners
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Provide actionable insights in terms of fixes and enhancements
• Support QA and User acceptance testing (UAT), validating outcomes, and ensuring that the final product meets business requirements

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
• Familiarity with software development methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions
• Experience in supporting project management activities, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Ability to work either independently or closely with others as the needs of the project dictates
