Database Engineer

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Database Engineer to join their team! This position is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. 
 
Duties:

• Perform data pipeline development and maintenance
• Build and maintain ETL process from various sources into company data environment
• Monitor pipelines to ensure they run smoothly
• Perform data modeling and prototyping
• Work with other teams to understand data needs, define requirements, and create data views that can be shared across the organization
• Ensure proper data governance, security, and access control
• Test data pipelines, validate data accuracy, and ensure the integrity of the data structures

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of experience is related field
• Proficient in SQL , advanced preferred
• Experience with large data sets within a corporate environment, not someone who has only done things in a lab, etc
• Attention to detail is very important
• Proficient in ETL processes, from an ETL pipeline orchestration standpoint
• Familiarity with the properties of the major families of machine learning techniques

The approximate pay range for this position is between $44.00 and $64.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
