Logistics Analyst

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a logistics analyst to join their team! In this position you would enhance product workflow by analyzing, developing & coordinating logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory. Additionally, you would create and review procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost. 

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using SAP, Excel, and MES  
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure timely processing  
• Handle all logistics incoming calls  
• Review shipping documentation and ensure accuracy of information, resolves any issues and problems identified by following proper operating procedures  
• Completion of daily paperwork filing  
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies in shipments or deliveries  
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to shipping  
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including answering questions and resolving issues related to shipping and receiving  

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• High School diploma or equivalent require, associate’s degree preferred in Business, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office required, experience with SAP and Manufacturing Execution Systems

Work Environment

• Location: Muscatine, IA 
• Onsite, shifts 6AM – 2PM & Or 2PM – 10PM 
• Contract – through April 2026 

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $21.00 and $31.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
