Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to bridge business and technology teams by translating requirements into effective solutions. This role supports process improvement, system implementation, testing, and stakeholder collaboration to drive successful business outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and processes
- Develop functional requirements and collaborate with application development teams to create solution architectures
- Serve as a consultant to business groups on process improvement initiatives that support organizational goals
- Facilitate application implementations, user training, and adoption efforts
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve system and application issues impacting business operations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for end-user support and troubleshooting activities
- Manage routine projects and coordinate efforts across business and technology teams
- Collaborate with technology teams to design, evaluate, and implement solutions for large-scale initiatives
- Review, validate, coordinate, and execute test plans to ensure comprehensive functionality coverage
- Partner with project teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and successful delivery of project and release activities
- Maintain current knowledge of business processes, applications, and technology infrastructure to provide informed guidance on development initiatives
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- Extensive experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and business process analysis skills
- Experience serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Proven ability to support application implementations, testing, and user training
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving business application issues
- Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting enterprise-level technology projects and initiatives
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience within the financial services or banking industry
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Experience leading or coordinating user acceptance testing and release activities
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies

- Work Model: Hybrid
- Schedule: 3 days onsite per week
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $38.00 and $55.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
