Our client, a leading Retail & Consumer Goods provider, is seeking an Analyst - Credit Card Tokenization to join their team! This position is located in Canton, MA.
This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Our client, a leading Retail & Consumer Goods provider, is seeking an Analyst - Credit Card Tokenization to join their team! This position is located in Canton, MA.
This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist with technical team documentation, ensuring processes and work arounds are updated and new solutions properly documented, and the knowledge base updated
- Reviewing debug logs, datasets, and working with vendors to isolate root cause and address a fix as needed
- Partner with cross-functional teams to help ensure stability across the estate and support timely resolution of escalations especially during integration pilot phases
- Respond promptly to others to ensure open and timely communication
- Communicate all issues, status updates, action items, and risks to the management team
- Support technical efforts with vendors and product teams to complete and enhance integration
- 2+ years working experience supporting payment hardware/software
- Experience working with payment terminals and tools, such as VHQ
- Experience in payment domain
- Experience or some kind of familiarity with leveraging/managing AI tools
- Location: Canton, MA
- Hybrid: (Monday – Thursday (Onsite) / Friday (WFH)
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $37.00 and $53.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
