Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing clear communication and a high-quality candidate experience
- Coordinate end-to-end recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, offer management, and facilitation of hiring approvals
- Manage onsite and travel logistics for candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional interview experience
- Oversee background check processes and ensure compliance with company policies and timelines
- Partner with HR and Recruiting Operations teams to support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Manage candidate expense reimbursements and maintain accurate documentation for audit and compliance purposes
- Collaborate closely with a team of four recruiters, adapting to both high-touch candidate-facing tasks and operational responsibilities as needed
- Work effectively across a matrixed organization, partnering with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely process execution
- 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, or in a similar HR support role
- Proven ability to manage multiple candidates and requisitions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Candidate-centric mindset with a proactive approach, ownership mentality, and willingness to escalate issues when necessary
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Oracle, and familiar with end-to-end recruiting workflows
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools
- Familiarity with sourcing practices or basic candidate pipeline research
- Previous experience supporting technology or digital recruiting teams is highly preferred
