Duties:
- Oversee the end-to-end coordination of technical solution delivery, including cross team dependencies
- Ensure development teams, architects, and vendors are aligned on delivery goals and timelines
- Tackle potential issues and continually optimize for better efficiency
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with engineering leads, architects, and product owners to translate business needs into executable plans
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, product owner and business stakeholders
- Manage sprint planning, execution, and delivery milestones
- Ensure that the right resources are assigned to each task and typically involves workload management of team members
- Track technical dependencies and coordinate across multiple teams and vendors
- Liaise between various teams to ensure synergy and flow of information, reducing misunderstandings and maximizing productivity
- Maintain visibility into delivery status and provide regular updates to leadership
- Works to minimize meetings and ceremonies, but when they are needed, they are well-run and efficient
- Ensure compliance with security, testing, and operational standards
- Support resolution of technical issues and blockers in collaboration with support and engineering teams
- Promote the adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
- Encourage process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and system reliability
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in Service Delivery Management or Application Support
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Good general understanding of how large scale software systems are designed, built, tested, deployed and into the hands of customers
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and vendors
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication, time management, and prioritization skills
- Experience with Jira (Epics and Stories)
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like Blue Yonder or similar
- Experience with warehouse, supply chain and logistics systems
- Understanding of network connectivity, wireless technologies, and mobile platforms
- Exposure to: Java, .NET, XML, HTML, PHP, JSP, Perl
- GIT, HP ALM, UC4, Version One
- Experience with middleware such as: WebSphere, WebLogic, Apache Tomcat, MQ
- Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server experience
- Familiar with Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware
