Duties:
- Support tracking of weekly, monthly, and quarterly SLA metrics with the 3PL operator
- Help coordinate actions around service gaps and improvement plans
- Assist in monitoring adherence to SOX control activities and provide documentation support for audit readiness
- Contribute to national WMS-related initiatives and other operational projects that reduce manual labor, improve throughput, and support efficiency gains
- Facilitate communication and coordination between internal operations, IT teams, and external partners
- Collect and synthesize KPI data, generate reporting packages, and assist with root cause documentation
- 5+ years of experience in project management or logistics, ideally within supply chain or operations environments
- Hands-on experience with Third-Party Logistics operations, SLA performance monitoring, and vendor relationship management
- Familiarity with compliance standards and audit processes, such as SOX
- Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Databricks, Power Automate, PowerApps, and Lucidchart
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles and effectively report on key milestones and deliverables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; demonstrates a strong bias toward execution and follow-through
- Experience in telecommunications, network deployment, or nationally distributed operations is a plus
- Working knowledge of Agile or Lean methodologies and their application in logistics or operational workflows
