Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team! This position is located in New York City, New York. 
 
Duties:

• Provide support to the head of the Business Planning Team, assisting specifically with the delivery and organization of employee communications and operational processes
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups, helping to maintain visibility across active priorities
• Attend meetings and easily capture action items with associated due dates and owners
• Work with key stakeholders, including senior level administrative professionals, to problem solve processes and take the lead in ensuring smooth behind the scene operations and logistics
• Help coordinate small team meetings and larger cross-functional sessions when necessary, including logistics, communications, and actionable next steps
• Organize and maintain shared files, team documents, and templates
• Monitor and manage small tasks and updates independently, while escalating issues or decisions when needed

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent coordinator experience
• 1+ years of experience in a team support function, or coordinator role
• Experience supporting executives or team leads in a corporate environment is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Professional writing and communication skills, specifically in regard to email communications, and being able to clearly and concisely covey information
• Ability to manage up and anticipate needs or potential gaps
• Comfortable receiving direction and prioritizing tasks accordingly
• Self-starter with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite experience with Workfront or other workflow tools is a plus

The approximate pay range for this position is between $25.00 and $37.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
