Senior Information Architect

Job Summary
Our client, a major entertainment and media company, is looking for a Senior Information Architect to join their enterprise architecture organization, contract for 1 year, based in Orlando, FL (also open to Burbank, Seattle, NYC, Bristol CT, or LA area). This is an architect responsible for designing and owning the end-to-end architecture connecting ServiceNow with agentic AI platforms like Moveworks across enterprise systems. Looking for someone with deep, architecture-level ServiceNow experience, not just admin or configuration work, plus real experience designing or integrating AI/automation solutions and strong stakeholder communication skills.
 
Core Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end architecture integrating ServiceNow with Moveworks and other AI copilots
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, standards, and reference architectures
• Lead solution design and discovery for complex, multi-system integrations (ServiceNow, Moveworks, HRIS, and other enterprise apps)
• Establish and evolve taxonomies, data models, and governance practices
• Develop architecture documentation, diagrams (current, transition, future state), and performance metrics
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow and AI capabilities into IT and business processes
• Mentor and provide thought leadership to engineers and product teams on AI, automation, and ITSM initiatives

 Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business, Technology, or related field   
• 10+ years relevant experience in architecture, engineering, or product leadership within enterprise technology environments
• Deep expertise in enterprise or solution architecture in large, complex, geographically distributed environments
• Strong ServiceNow platform experience (ITSM/ITOM, CMDB, workflows, integration patterns)
• Experience designing or integrating AI/automation solutions, ideally agentic AI platforms or copilots
• Proven ability to develop data models, taxonomies, standards, and governance frameworks
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder influence skills

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

• Direct experience with multi-agent AI, conversational AI frameworks, or platforms like Moveworks, Joule.ai, or Microsoft Copilot
• Background in HR service delivery, digital employee experience, or workforce technology ecosystems
• TOGAF, ITIL, or other relevant architecture/cloud/security certifications
• MBA or advanced degree

• Can translate complex technical concepts into terms senior leaders will act on
• Works well across multidisciplinary teams to capture requirements and drive solutions
• Proactive about staying current with enterprise AI and automation platforms
• Can operate with real autonomy while building consensus across senior stakeholders

Work Environment

• Location: Orlando, FL preferred (also open to Burbank, Seattle, NYC, Bristol CT, LA area)

Compensation & Benefits 

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $62.00 and $89.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
