Solutions Architect

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their team! This position is located in Coppell, Texas. 
 
Duties:

• Architect and design solutions on the o9 platform to support reverse logistics, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and order fulfillment for the mobile device supply chain
• Lead o9 implementation and upgrade projects, including scoping, solution design, system integration, data migration, and user acceptance testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as third party vendors to gather requirements and align technical solutions with business needs
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts including data models, integration maps, and system diagrams for o9 and connected systems
• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and security standards in all technical designs and implementations 
• Provide technical leadership to system integrators, consultants, and internal developers 
• Stay current with o9 platform updates, new modules, and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise solutions architecture
• 3+ years in o9 Solutions
• Proven experience in o9 implementations or upgrades 
• Strong understanding of planning processes including demand forecasting, supply planning, S&OP, and lifecycle management
• Familiarity with ERP systems and system integration approaches
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa
• Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud-native architectures
• Knowledge of cellular device lifecycle management, carrier demand models, or reverse logistics
• Exposure to data lakes and analytics platforms
• Experience within high-tech, telecom, or cellular device supply chains

The approximate pay range for this position is between $80.00 and $100.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
