Software Engineer

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Software Engineer to join their team! This position is remote.  
 
Duties:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models and agents for the product organization
• Design, implement, and deploy state-of-the-art models, including LLMs and Generative AI frameworks using both Python and Apex
• Perform model optimization for performance, scalability, and accuracy
• Implement advanced feature engineering techniques for structured and unstructured data
• Utilize common AI development frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and others to build and optimize AI applications
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and solve high-value problems
• Deliver technical solutions that directly improve KPIs or business outcomes
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to drive innovation within the team
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering and AI development

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in software or platform development
• Strong engineering skills with hands-on experience in Apex and Python programming
• Proven experience in API endpoint development, including design, implementation, and integration
• Experience with Agentforce development and related tools or frameworks

The approximate pay range for this position is between $59.00 and $85.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
