Project Manager

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana. 
 
Duties:

• Lead end-to-end management of digital projects including site updates, campaign launches, landing pages, and feature enhancements
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI design, content, development, SEO, analytics, and localization
• Manage project timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables using Agile or hybrid methodologies
• Maintain clear documentation and status reporting, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and blockers
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, tooling, and workflows
• Ensure QA, accessibility, and performance standards are met before deployments
• Work with company's CMS and digital asset management systems to support web content delivery
• Partner with internal marketing and product teams to align digital experiences with strategic goals

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably in a B2B or tech environment
• Strong understanding of website production workflows, content management systems (e.g., AEM, Drupal, WordPress), and front-end technologies
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, or similar project management platforms
• Understanding of SEO, web analytics, UX principles, and responsive design

The approximate pay range for this position is between $24.00 and $35.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
