Duties:
- Develop user stories granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint elaborate on Epics and Features create and maintain the product backlog support user and application testing and coordinate release activities
- Implement new technologies and products while transitioning through changing processes
- Provide day to day support of the product portfolio including managing support inquiries responding to user feedback and creating communications
- Partner with the User Experience teams to provide guidance and prioritization during the product development process and participate in user research and product discovery activities
- Assist the product engineering and scrum teams through feature review grooming sprint planning and demos by being the voice of the customer and communicating the value behind each product and prioritization decision
- Coordinate new and changed functionality with affected business groups to ensure seamless rollout of new capabilities
- Analyze data including transactional data usage statistics primary guest agent research and industry analyst reports to inform prioritization and solutions
- Collaborate with external vendors in the design delivery and support of hardware and software products
- Collaborate with internal groups in the design delivery and support of product features
- Coordinate and host monthly stakeholder meetings to report on product delivery team progress and updates on committed roadmap items
- Bachelors degree or an additional 2+ years of relevant training experience in lieu of this degree
- 2+ years of experience in product management or related area
- Solid understanding of Image Reservations and Sabre systems
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement flow charts
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate user group meetings with stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others as part of a team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detailed oriented and highly organized with ability to multi task and work independently with limited guidance in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
