Desktop Support Technician
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join their team! This position is located in Vernon Hills, Illinois.
Duties:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Image and deploy PCs
- Manage peripheral setup monitors, docking stations, printers
- Perform break/fix hardware support, including working with HP/Xerox contracts for printer issues
- Provide advanced O365 support and troubleshoot CRM/HCM tool access issues
- Support hardware/software asset management and maintain accurate inventory in ServiceNow
- Assist with basic network connectivity issues and escalate as appropriate
- Deliver high-touch support for onsite executives and staff
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 3+ years of desktop support experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, MacOS, and Microsoft O365 suite
- Experience with imaging tools and PC deployment
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and ticketing for asset management
- Basic understanding of networking, security policies, and enterprise applications
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite and provide responsive, hands-on support

The approximate pay range for this position is between $36.00 and $52.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
