Video Engineer

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Video Engineer to join their team! This position is located in Wayzata, Minnesota. 
 
Duties:

• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for video conferencing platforms, digital signage, and scheduling systems across multiple global locations
• Design, deploy, and maintain AV infrastructure, including hardware and software for meeting rooms, executive spaces, and digital signage
• Lead or support AV-related projects, including lifecycle management, upgrades, and integration with other collaboration tools
• Collaborate with AV integrators and external service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and timely resolution of issues
• Implement monitoring and proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize user experience
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide training to local support teams and end users
• Work closely with support leads in NA, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to ensure consistent standards and best practices

The approximate pay range for this position starting at $90,000- $100,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
