Automation Engineer

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an Automation Engineer to join their team! This position is located in Ankeny, Iowa. 
 
Duties:

• Design, document, test, install, support and improve automated machines or processes, or portions of those machines or processes
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot automated machines
• Identify and implement areas for continuous improvement 

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a mechanical/automation engineering focus
• 2+ years experience with automation and/or robotics
• Great communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere to accomplish the goal
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suites
• Ability to climb ladders and work in and around machinery during installation

The approximate pay range for this position is between $41.00 and $61.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
